Hello all you wonderful people! there is BIG news this week to tell all…. No, not that Chris Brown can actually FLY… a new Butch Walker & the Black Widows record is out on iTunes today and in stores tomorrow!!!!!! “The Spade” is finally here!!!!!!! we are so damn pumped on this record, and the reviews and reactions have been heartwarming, so now it is our turn to repay you with the album and a tour as well!

- Purchase the vinyl in the Dangerbird storethe tour dates are all here, and we are delighted to say that we are adding some west coast dates in November too! more info to come on those shows shortly. the show we have planned for this US tour (aka The Family Affair Tour) is gonna be something we haven’t ever done before, but i have always wanted to do. we are going to have a special, non-stop show that let’s you hear music from all of the Widows and our buddies Shovels and Rope, just to get you warmed up to the big finale of Me and the Widows doing our thang till the wee hours of the night. more music and special guest sit-ins for you to enjoy throughout the whole evening. and I am gonna be playing a special set for all of you ol’ school fans that have been with me for the long haul.. overall, something for everyone and not a dull moment to be had by anyone. this sounds good, yes?
okay.. well we gotta go get some fancy duds picked out for this fall, so i will see you soon!!!!
